My time with Booking House and Pop Hits Live has provided me with many opportunities to fill many roles. My favourite tasks have always been decoding complex schedules across bands and performers, and creating itineraries for band on tour. I am capable of solving problems on the fly
Performer (Vocalist, Actor, Dancer)
Being a performer myself makes me the best option for supporting artists and live entertainment venues. I know precisely what everyone needs, and I can predict what may go wrong. I am master of preventing fires! Most of my work on stage has been portraying Baby Spice in Simply Spice (a tribute to the Spice Girls) over the last 7 years, but I have also been paramount in creating the new band Life in Plastic; I have had tremendous success as a tribute act performer, performing at approximately 200 successful shows.
Resident Karaoke Host & Events Manager
I provided McMaster students with a unique casual karaoke space for three years at local Bar and Event Space ‘Emerson 109’. My high-quality hosting capabilities kept students coming back throughout their entire undergraduate degrees. They trusted me to provide incomparable quality-entertainment for fun dates, birthday parties, school club outings, and the occasional night to let loose. Coordinating these events was complex; I managed the entire night from beginning to end, from a technical standpoint, through managing a crowd and providing unforgettable entertainment value.

I have worked at several restaurants (as hostess and food runner) and retail stores. The feedback I receive from customers and employers is that my customer service skills are exceptional. Customers return and ask directly for me!
Healthcare - Environmental Services
For 8 years I have served my local community at the Hamilton General Hospital by supporting clinical staff, providing a safe and clean environment for patients and staff alike.
Healthcare - Internal Patient Transport
Portering at the Hamilton General Hospital has further proved my exceptional customer service skills tenfold; patients and their families consistently make note that I made their not-so-great hospital stay a pleasant experience, which is very difficult to do. I ensure patients get to their appointments on time and safely, while making them feel special and cared for, no matter what is bringing them to the hospital.
